Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m mus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0161en tak, aby po\u010d\u00edtal i s t\u011bmi nejslab\u0161\u00edmi a financov\u00e1n byl solid\u00e1rn\u011b, tak jak to p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u00dastava \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 poplatky za zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di tuto podm\u00ednku nespl\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/strong> Prezidentovo stanovisko je bl\u00edzk\u00e9 asoci\u00e1ln\u00edm n\u00e1zor\u016fm, kter\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u011b zast\u00e1v\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00fd poradce ministra financ\u00ed Adam Vojt\u011bch, ale nem\u011blo zazn\u00edt z \u00fast\u00a0 hlavy st\u00e1tu. Nelze tak\u00e9 odkazovat na politiku \u010cSSD, ministr zdravotnictv\u00ed za \u010cSSD jedn\u00e1 v souladu s \u00dastavou \u010cR a s \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi poplatky nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><b>Rovn\u011b\u017e nen\u00ed pravda, \u017ee poplatky a s t\u00edm souvis\u00edc\u00ed \u00fajma pro soci\u00e1ln\u011b slab\u00e9 jsou nutn\u00e9 kv\u016fli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f sester.<\/b>\u00a0 Na to je pot\u0159eba dokonce v\u00edce pen\u011bz, ale ty v\u00e1znou na v\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed se zdan\u011bn\u00edm zisk\u016f odch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch do zahrani\u010d\u00ed a na jen pomal\u00e9m zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed nedostate\u010dn\u00fdch mezd a plat\u016f.
